Professional Fees; What Does Relief Cost?
As well as offering a wide range of affordable massage therapy, at flat rates based on the length of the visit, various payment plans and options are available allowing patients to make some great savings. We make it our goal to keep health care accessible to all budgets; so that you can get the care you deserve without breaking the bank.
During the initial consultation your massage therapist will go through your medical history, as well as discussing your preferences and your reason for booking a massage. The massage you receive will be tailored to suit your individual wants and needs. Please note that your massage in this visit will be shorter in order to take a thorough history and treat you properly.
For those who are looking for remedial massage or regular massage therapy to help with a problem or general health, often follow-up visits will be needed. In these visits your massage therapist will continue to work on relieving your tightness, pain or tension. The length of the visit will depend on your goals and can be discussed with your therapist.
Chiropractic Maintenance Plan
1 Adjustment per month – £33 as Direct Debit
This can be increased to match any number of adjustments or family members as appropriate.
Retired over 60’s and Students – 10% off any full priced follow-up visit (not to be used for your fist visit or in conjunction with any plan/offer).
The Fine Print
Our Massage care plan allows you to save £8 on each visit. In the earlier stages of care, Massage Therapy is often most useful at a higher frequency. Later on, a monthly visit may also be useful under the same 12 visit plan. Please also note that our hourly rate is also as competitive as we can make it, so you can always ‘pay as you go’ if you prefer.
Please arrive for your visits on time, or ideally 5 minutes before. Generally patients will be seen unless they are very late, but calling ahead will help us schedule you in. Please park in one of the three ‘Relief Chiropractic’ parking spaces, or if these aren’t available, one of the unmarked spaces found throughout the car park.
If you need to cancel a visit for whatever reason, please contact the clinic by phone at least 24 hours in advance. Your appointment is reserved just for you, which means that a late cancellation or no-show may result in another patient missing out on an appointment.
Our goal is always to satisfy our patients with excellent patient centred care. If you are unhappy with any part of the process you should speak to your practitioner in the first instance. If for any reason you feel entitled to a refund you can discuss the reasons and it can be arranged.
